It has come to our attention that there were issues with the free swim reservation procedure. We are currently working on making it easier for our members to reserve time slots. Therefore, if you receive an email from Amilia in the coming days indicating that you completed a purchase, simply ignore that email: we are making changes to our accounts to move to the new reservation procedure.
In the meantime, if you made free swim reservations for the coming week, please check to make sure that your reservations actually went through. To do so,
- Log in your account in Amilia: on the home screen, you will see your upcoming activities. Your free swim reservations should show up (see attached screenshot).
- Install the Amilia app on your phone: when you open the app, you should see your reservations right away (see second attached screenshot).
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We will write again soon with the new, easier reservation procedure.
