Hey Valois!
We hope that all new and returning swimmers are looking to sign up for the 2023 season and you are just as excited as we are! We urge you to not stress about the registration process, as many adjustments can be made in person, and a flexible and fun experience at Valois is the priority of our staff.
We also ask that any questions regarding the lessons, programs, or pool environment itself be sent directly to managers Harrison and Jacob: lessons@piscinevaloispool.ca
If you are keen on making a specific request for your child’s lesson time, below is some important information:
MORNINGS (Monday to Thursday):
White, Yellow, Green, Red, Parents & Tots: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30
Blue: 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30
Bronze, Silver, Gold: 8:30 or 9:00
Junior Guard: 9:30-10:30, Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs
EVENINGS (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs):
Parents & Tots: 5:00, 5:30
White, Yellow: 5:00, 5:30, 6:00
Green, Red: 5:30, 6:00
Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold: 5:00, 5:30
*Levels may be combined in the evening based on numbers and swimming skill. Junior Guard is not offered in the evening.*
Requests for specific instructors are difficult to accomodate and are not recommended. We prioritize requests for siblings/family members to be in the same time slot or class, however not if it is simply for friends to be together.
All other types of requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and we will be pleased to try and accommodate. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
